The rules of buying from Ora, in plain language. Nothing here is hidden in a longer sentence.

1. Who you are dealing with

Ora, a watch seller based in Cairo, Egypt. We are not a manufacturer, and we are not an authorised agent or distributor of any brand named on this site. Brand and model names appear only to describe the style of the watch being sold.

2. What we sell

We sell three kinds of watch, and every product page says plainly which one it is.

• High-grade replicas. Watches built in the style of a well-known model. They are not made by, sold by, or connected to the brand whose design they follow, and we never present them as anything else. Automatic movement, high-grade steel, real weight on the wrist.
• Super Clone. Our top replica tier — the same case size, weight and finishing detail as the piece it follows, with a Swiss movement. Still a replica.
• Originals. Genuine branded watches, brand new and sealed, with the maker’s own box and tag. These are marked Original and sit in the Originals collection.

If a page does not say Original, it is a replica. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include any tax due.

3. How you pay

Cash on delivery. You pay nothing when you order. The courier brings the watch to you, you look at it, and you pay him only if you want it. Ownership passes when you pay.

4. If you do not want it

Hand it back to the courier and pay nothing. There is no deposit and nothing to lose. We ask only that you decide before the courier leaves.

5. Delivery

Anywhere in Egypt, usually within one to three days. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on where you are. Full detail is on our shipping page.

6. Warranty

One year on every piece we sell, replica or original. What it does not cover is listed on our returns and refunds page.

7. Accuracy of listings

We describe each watch from the piece in hand and we do not fill gaps with guesses. Where a listing shows a catalogue image alongside our own photographs, it says so. If we find an error in a listing we correct it.

8. Pricing errors

If a price is obviously wrong — a missing digit, a decimal in the wrong place — we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will tell you the correct price before anything is sent, and you are free to walk away at no cost.

9. Cancelling from our side

We may cancel an order before delivery if the piece turns out to be misdescribed, if it is damaged before it reaches you, or if we cannot reach you to arrange delivery. You are charged nothing.

10. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate contact and delivery details. Be present, or arrange for someone to be present, when the courier comes. Check the watch before you pay him.

11. Returns after you have paid

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
