We hold as little about you as the sale requires, and we do not sell any of it.
Who we are

What we collect
- When you reserve or buy: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and the order itself. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us — we see only the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
- When you message us: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or the forms on this site.
- When you visit: standard technical data — pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address — through Shopify, which runs this store.
- If you ask for new-arrival alerts: your email address or phone number, and nothing else.
What we do with it
Complete your order. Arrange the handover. Answer you. Keep the records the law requires us to keep. Send you new-arrival messages only if you asked for them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not pass your name or number to other dealers. We do not add you to a list because you bought something — you have to ask.
Who sees it
Shopify, which hosts this store and processes the order. The payment provider that takes your card. The courier, which needs your name, address and phone number to deliver. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Marketing contacts until you tell us to stop. Messages for as long as they are useful to the conversation.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email orawatches.egypt@gmail.com and we will act within thirty days, except where we are legally required to keep an order record. To stop new-arrival messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Cookies
