Shipping and handover

How the watch reaches you

By courier, anywhere in Egypt. You pay nothing when you order. The courier brings the watch to you and you pay him in cash — but only after you have seen it.

Timing

Usually one to three days from the order being confirmed. If anything is going to take longer, we tell you before it ships, not after.

The delivery fee

Calculated at checkout based on where you are in Egypt. Nothing is added after that.

Open it in front of the courier

Check the piece before you pay him. If it is not what the listing described, or you decide you do not want it, hand it back and pay nothing at all. There is no deposit and no restocking charge.

Risk

The watch is at our risk until it is in your hands. Risk passes to you once you have paid the courier and taken it.

Cairo, in person

If you would rather see a piece in person before buying, you can arrange that in Cairo by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp.

Outside Egypt

We do not ship outside Egypt at present. If you are outside the country and want a piece, message us on WhatsApp on +20 104 446 8532 and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it and what it would involve. We will not promise something we have not done before.
