Shipping and handover

How the watch reaches you

Every piece is handed over in one of two ways. You choose when you reserve.

In person, Cairo

By appointment. You examine the watch for as long as you want, ask whatever you want, and pay the balance only if you are satisfied. Deposit: EGP 3,000.

Insured courier, elsewhere in Egypt

The watch is sent by a courier that insures the shipment for its full declared value, with signature on delivery. We send you the tracking number the moment it leaves us. Open the package in front of the courier and check the piece before you sign. Deposit: EGP 6,000.

Timing

Cairo handover is usually arranged within one to three days of the reservation being confirmed. Courier delivery within Egypt is usually two to four working days after the balance is arranged. If anything is going to take longer, we tell you before you pay, not after.

The deposit and the delivery fee

The deposit you pay to reserve a piece is equal to the delivery fee. If you buy the watch, the deposit comes off the balance and delivery costs you nothing further. If you inspect the piece and decide against it, the deposit is kept and it covers the delivery. If the watch does not match its listing in any way that matters, the deposit is returned in full and the delivery is on us.

Risk and insurance

The watch is insured by us and at our risk until you have it in your hands. Risk passes to you at handover, or at signature for a courier delivery. Damage discovered after signature and after the courier has left is not covered by the shipment insurance, which is why we ask you to open the package in front of the courier.

Outside Egypt

We do not ship outside Egypt at present. If you are outside the country and want a piece, message us on WhatsApp on +20 104 446 8532 and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it and what it would involve. We will not promise something we have not done before.
