This is what Ora stands behind on every watch it sells, and what it does not.

Who we are

Ora is a dealer in pre-owned watches based in Cairo, Egypt. We are not a manufacturer and not an authorised agent or distributor for any brand named on this site. Brand names appear only to describe the watch being sold.

What we guarantee

1. Genuine. Every watch sold by Ora is genuine, as manufactured by the brand named in its listing.
2. If it is not, you get your money back. If a watch bought from Ora is shown to be other than genuine by the manufacturer, an authorised service centre, or an independent watchmaker of standing, we refund the full purchase price and the delivery fee. There is no time limit. This applies to you as the buyer from us.
3. Parts are disclosed. Where a watch carries a replacement part that did not come from the original manufacturer, the listing says so. If a non-original part is later found on a watch whose listing did not disclose it, we will either fit an original part at our own cost or take the watch back at the price you paid.
4. Condition is described as it is. The condition grade and the photographs describe the watch at the time of listing. You inspect the piece in person before paying the balance, so nothing here has to be taken on trust.

What it does not cover

• Wear from normal use after handover.
• Water damage.
• Damage caused by service, repair or modification carried out by anyone other than us.
• Loss or theft.

How to make a claim

Send us the order number and the report you are relying on, by WhatsApp on +20 104 446 8532 or by email to orawatches.egypt@gmail.com. We answer within two working days. If the claim holds, the refund is made by the same method you paid.
